Organization Billing and Plan

The Billing / Plan section is where you view your Organization's payment information and the subscription plan it's currently on.

How it works

Billing / Plan is one of the three admin areas reachable from the three-dot menu on your Organization in the left-side navigation. It contains:

• Payment method — the credit card or other payment method associated with your Organization
• Current plan — the subscription plan your Organization is running on

Open Billing / Plan

1. Locate your Organization in the left-side navigation.
2. Click the three dots on the Organization.
3. Select Billing / Plan.

Available plans

MonsterOps currently offers two plans.

Free — $0

The Free plan is for smaller teams getting started with MonsterOps. It includes:

• Up to 10 seats with all core features
• Run any Business Operating System
• Everything to lead your company from one place
• Low priority email support

Plus — $129/month (or $99/month billed yearly)

The Plus plan unlocks unlimited seats and the full MonsterAI experience. Annual billing comes with a 20% discount, dropping the effective monthly cost to $99. The Plus plan includes:

• Unlimited seats for teammates, contractors, or coaches
• MonsterAI™ inside — get answers about your business directly from the assistant
• VIP support from operators who run on MonsterOps daily

Things to keep in mind

• The Free plan caps your Organization at 10 seats. If you need more, you'll need to upgrade to Plus.
• The Plus plan is billed monthly by default at $129/month, or $99/month when paid annually (a 20% discount).
• Some MonsterOps features — such as importing scorecard history — are limited to paying clients. Your Billing / Plan section is where you'll confirm whether your Organization qualifies.
• For changes to your plan, payment method, or billing cycle that aren't surfaced directly in the product, contact MonsterOps support.
