Using the Team Dashboard

Using the Team Dashboard

The Team Dashboard gives you a high-level view of your team's activity, priorities, and progress in one place. It helps you quickly understand what needs attention before working in the team's individual sections.

How it works

When you open a team from the left-side navigation, you enter that team's tabs:

  • Team Dashboard
  • News
  • Rocks
  • KPIs
  • To-dos
  • Issues
  • Meetings

The Team Dashboard summarizes activity from these sections without replacing them. Use it as a starting point for reviewing team performance and priorities.

What the Team Dashboard shows

The Team Dashboard includes a roll-up view of the team's current activity.

Assigned KPIs

View the KPIs assigned to you within the team. Use this section to monitor the numbers and performance indicators you own.

Team totals

See the total number of:

  • Rocks
  • Issues
  • KPIs
  • To-dos

This provides a quick snapshot of overall team activity.

Current To-dos

View active team To-dos directly from the dashboard. You can mark To-dos as complete without opening the To-dos tab.
