The Organization Dashboard

The Organization Dashboard

The Organization Dashboard is the landing page for your Organization — it's what you see when you click the Organization tab in the left-side navigation. It gives you a top-down view of how active the Organization is, who's contributing the most, and how each team is performing.

How to open it

Click the Organization tab in the left-side navigation. The dashboard opens automatically.

What the Organization Dashboard shows

The dashboard is split into a few sections, each focused on a different angle of Organization activity.

Organization level

The Organization's overall level, measured in accumulated renown points. Renown points are automatically earned when activities are performed by team members, so the level reflects how much activity the Organization has gone through overall.

Each level has a name and a cap. For example, an Organization might display as Level 3 - Hollow with a progress bar reading 89 / 500 renown points — meaning the Organization has earned 89 renown points toward the 500 needed to reach the next level. The Organization icon you set in Organization Settings appears alongside the level.

Renown is a passive indicator. You don't manage it directly, and it doesn't grant any additional permissions.

Ask anything about your organization

A text box for asking MonsterAI questions about your Organization, surfaced front and center on the dashboard. This is the same MonsterAI you can access from the MonsterAI agent in the top right of the screen at any time — the dashboard simply puts it within easy reach when you first open the Organization.

See Getting help with MonsterAI for what you can ask and how to get the best results.

Organization activity

Daily activity across all teams.

A graph showing daily activity across all teams in the Organization. Use it to see at a glance whether activity is trending up or down, and to spot quiet stretches or busy weeks.

Top active users

Ranked by recorded activity across accessible teams.

A leaderboard of the top 3 users based on their activity count for the current week. The date range covered is displayed in the top right of the section (for example, May 20 - May 27). For each user, you'll see:

  • Their rank (#1, #2, #3) and avatar
  • Name and email
  • The number of accessible teams they belong to
  • Last active date and time
  • Their activity count for the week

Activity is counted across the teams you can access, so the ranking reflects what's visible to you rather than the Organization as a whole.

Top active teams

Hidden or inaccessible teams are excluded from both the ranking and activity totals shown here.

A list of the most active teams. For each team, you'll see:

  • The team's active teammates
  • The team's activity count
  • The team's last activity date and time

As with the user ranking, hidden or inaccessible teams don't appear here — so the picture is scoped to what you can actually see.

Things to keep in mind

  • The Organization Dashboard reflects activity across all the teams you can access. If you're missing teams from view, you won't see their contributions in the rankings or the activity graph.
  • Renown points are an activity indicator, not a permission level — they don't unlock features or change what users can do.
  • The Top active users ranking covers the current week, while the Organization activity graph and Top active teams show longer-running activity. They're complementary views, not duplicates.
  • The "Ask anything" box and the MonsterAI agent in the top right are the same assistant. Use whichever placement is more convenient.
